Hunt Valley home sales in February 2016 were down from last February.

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in February was $5,711,500, down 15.60% from the volume of $6,767,301 from February 2015. This is also down from the volume of $9,563,134 that we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales January 2016.

The average sales price was up — 12.53% to $475,958 from $422,956 last February.

Twelve Hunt Valley homes sold in February, four less than last February, where 16 homes changed hands.

It took an average of 104 days for those 12 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, 65 (over two months!) less days on average than the same time last year. One home sold before it came on the market, another one within the first 10 days, and two more in less than two months.

There were a total of 67 homes for sale in 21030 in February. Twenty homes came on the market last month, while 15 went under contract.
