The total volume of Hunt Valley homes that sold in February 2026 was $6,010,800, up 41.20% from the $4,257,020 volume we saw in February 2025. It was down, though from the $10,838,600 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales January 2026.
The average sales price was $547,318, up 15.19% from the average of $475,158 in February 2026.
Eleven Hunt Valley homes sold in February, two more than last February.
The average days for those Hunt Valley homes to sell was 31, three more days than this time last year.
Five Hunt Valley homes sold in their first 10 days on the market, two more in 11-20 days, and one more in 21-30 days.
There were a total of 11 homes for sale in 21030 at the end of February. Seven homes came on the market last month, while 22 homes went under contract.
