The total volume of Hunt Valley homes that sold in January 2026 was $10,838,600, down 21.10% from the $13,737,600 volume we saw in January 2025. It was slightly up, though from the $10,466,790 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales November 2025.
The average sales price was $915,533, down 13.30% from the average of $1,056,038 in January 2025.
Twelve Hunt Valley homes sold in January, one less than last January.
The average days for those Hunt Valley homes to sell was 11, four less days than this time last year.
Seven Hunt Valley homes sold in their first 10 days on the market, three more in 11-20 days, and one more in 21-30 days.
There were a total of 20 homes for sale in 21030 at the end of January. Seventeen homes came on the market last month, while nine homes went under contract.
