Hunt Valley home sales in January 2017 were down from last January.
The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in January was $5,932,520, down 37.96% from the $9,563,134 volume from January 2016.
The average sales price was also down — -58.64% to $282,501 from $683,081 last January. This is also down from the average sales price of $482,661 we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales 2016.
Twenty-one Hunt Valley homes sold in January, seven more than last January, where fourteen homes changed hands.
It took an average of 64 days for those 21 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, forty-eight less days on average than the same time last year. Six homes sold in less than 10 days on the market, another three within 30 days, and four more homes sold in less than two months on the market.
There were a total of 53 homes for sale in 21030 in January. Twenty-four homes came on the market last month, while 19 went under contract.
