Hunt Valley home sales in July 2015 were up very slightly from last July.

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in July was $7,653,050, up 2.09% from the $7,496,300 volume we saw in July 2014.  This volume is down though, from the $9,762,200 we saw in Hunt Valley home sales June 2015.

The average sales price was also up 2.09%, to $347,866 from $340,741 at the same point last year.

Twenty-two Hunt Valley homes sold in July, the same as last July.

It took an average of 81 days for those 22 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, 28 more days, on average, than the same time frame last year. One home went under contract before it went on the market, another eight in less than 10 days, and another three in less than 20 days.

There were a total of 105 homes for sale in 21030 in July. Thirty-seven homes came on the market last month, while 20 went under contract.
