Hunt Valley home sales in June 2017 were up slightly from last June.

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in June was $13,705,750, up 3.9% from the $13,191,473 volume we saw in June 2016. It is also very slightly up from the $13,483,549 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales May 2017.

The average sales price was also very slightly up over June of last year, +.55% to $442,121 from $439,716.

Thirty-one Hunt Valley homes sold in June, one more than last June.

It took an average of 56 days for those 30 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, an average of almost a month less than the same time last year. Twelve Cockeysville homes sold in less than 10 days on the market, six more between 11-20 days, and an additional three in 21-30 days.

There were a total of 71 homes for sale in 21030 in June. Forty-three homes came on the market last month, while 39 went under contract.
