Hunt Valley home sales in June 2025 were up from June 2024.

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes that sold in June 2025 was $13,169,900, up 14.26% from the $11,526,010 volume we saw in June 2024. It was also up from the $10,371,050 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales May 2025.

The average sales price was $573,326, down 3.41% from the average of $593,565 in June 2024.

Twenty-three Hunt Valley homes sold in June, three more than last June.

The average days for those Hunt Valley homes to sell was nine, nine less days than this time last year.

One Hunt Valley home sold before it came on the market. Sixtreen Hunt Valley homes sold in their first 10 days on the market, and one more in 11-20 days.

There were a total of 24 homes for sale in 21030 at the end of June. Seventeen homes came on the market last month, while 26 homes went under contract.
