Hunt Valley home sales in March 2020 were up in a big way from last March, despite COVID-19.
The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in March was $9,079,099, up 63.71% from the volume of $5,545,722 we saw in March 2019. It was also up from the $4,879,599 we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales February 2020.
The average sales price was $466,710, up from the volume of $396,123 in March 2019.
Nineteen Hunt Valley homes sold in March, five more than last March.
Eleven Hunt Valley homes sold in their first 10 days on the market, and three more in 31-60 days.
There were a total of 46 homes for sale in 21030 in March. Thirty homes came on the market last month, while 24 went under contract.

Please keep in mind that the 21030 zip code is has a large variety of Hunt Valley & Cockeysville homes and neighborhoods. Hunt Valley and Cockeysville is made up of of small condos, medium and large sized townhouses, as well as small and very large luxury single family homes. We began to see the effects of COVID-19 beginning around March 16th, when many home sellers across Maryland began to remove their homes from the market, though Hunt Valley home sales don’t appear to yet be affected in March.
