Hunt Valley home sales in March 2021 were up slightly from March 2020.
The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in March was $9,809,139, up 8.04% from the $9,079,099 volume we saw in March 2020. It is down, though from the $11,799,724 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales February 2021.
The average sales price was $406,560, down 35.27% from the average of $466,710 in March 2020.
Twenty-three Hunt Valley homes sold in March, four more than last March.
The average days for those Hunt Valley homes to sell was 60, 21 more days than this time last year.
Eight Hunt Valley homes sold in their first 10 days on the market, and six more in 11-20 days.
There were a total of 14 homes for sale in 21030 at the end of March. (In comparison, there were 46 for sale at the end of March 2020.) Thirty-five homes came on the market last month, while 34 went under contract.
