Hunt Valley home sales in March 2022 were up from March 2021.

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in March 2022 was $11,928,447, up 21.61% from the $9,809,139 volume we saw in March 2021. It was also up from the $7,670,800 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales February 2022.

The average sales price was $537,160, up 32.12% from the average of $406,560 in March 2021.

Twenty-four Hunt Valley homes sold in March, one more home than last March.

The average days for those Hunt Valley homes to sell was 15, 45 less days than this time last year.

One Hunt Valley home sold before it came on the market. Fourteen Hunt Valley homes sold in their first 10 days on the market, three more in 11-20 days, and another one in 21-30 days.

There were a total of twenty-three homes for sale in 21030 at the end of March. Forty-six homes came on the market last month, while 36 went under contract.
