Hunt Valley home sales in March 2025 were down from March 2024.

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes that sold in March 2025 was $9,992,400, down 29.01% from the $14,076,587 volume we saw in March 2024. It was up, though, from the $4,257,020 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales February 2025.

The average sales price was $410,244, down 43.22% from the average of $722,553 in March 2024.

Twenty-five Hunt Valley homes sold in March, six more than last March.

The average days for those Hunt Valley homes to sell was 18, 19 less days than this time last year.

One Hunt Valley home sold before it came on the market. Sixteen Hunt Valley homes sold in their first 10 days on the market, and three more in 11-20 days.

There were a total of 17 homes for sale in 21030 at the end of March. Twenty homes came on the market last month, while 20 homes went under contract.
