Hunt Valley home sales in March 2026 were up from March 2025.

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes that sold in March 2026 was $12,608,900, up 26.18% from the $9,992,400 volume we saw in March 2025. It was also up from the $6,010,800 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales February 2026.

The average sales price was $629,610, up 53.47% from the average of $410,244 in March 2026.

Twenty Hunt Valley homes sold in March, five less than last March.

The average days for those Hunt Valley homes to sell was 26, eight more days than this time last year.

One Hunt Valley home sold before it came on the market. Seven Hunt Valley homes sold in their first 10 days on the market, five more in 11-20 days, and two more in 21-30 days.

There were a total of 14 homes for sale in 21030 at the end of March. Twelve homes came on the market last month, while 11 homes went under contract.
