Hunt Valley home sales in November 2018 were up in a big way from last November.
The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in November was $10,515,900, up 75.29% from the volume of $5,999,200 we saw in November 2017. It is a continuation of the rise we saw last month, which was a volume of $9,563,000 in Hunt Valley Home Sales October 2018.
The average sales price was also up from November of last year, also up 75.29% to $701,060 from $399,947.
Fifteen Hunt Valley homes sold in November, same number as last November.
Three Hunt Valley homes sold in their first 10 days on the market, another one in 11-20 days, one in 21-30 days, and another two in 31-60 days.
There were a total of 48 homes for sale in 21030 in November. Thirteen homes came on the market last month, while 22 went under contract.
