Hunt Valley home sales in October 2016 were up from the same time last year.

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in October was $8,528,400, which is up 75.77% from the $4,851,900 that sold in October 2015. This is also up from from the sold volume of $4,944,300 that we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales September 2016.

The average sales price was also up, to $473,800 from $373,223 in October 2015.

Eighteen Hunt Valley homes sold in October, five more than the same time last year.

It took an average of 121 days for those 18 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, 37 more days, on average, than the same time last year for homes in Hunt Valley to sell. One home sold before it came on the market, another within the first 10 days on the market, and two more within 20 days on the market.

There were a total of 91 homes for sale in 21030 in October. Twenty-one homes came on the market last month, while 23 went under contract.
