Hunt Valley home sales in October 2017 were down from last October.

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in October was $5,555,500, down 34.86% from the $8,528,400 volume we saw in October 2016. It is also down from the $6,166,900 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales September 2017.

The average sales price was also down from October of last year, -26.72% to $347,219 from $473,800.

Sixteen Hunt Valley homes sold in October, two less than last October.

It took an average of 82 days for those 16 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, 39 less days than last year. One Cockeysville home sold before it went on the market, three more homes sold in less than 10 days on the market, and an additional two in 21-30 days.

There were a total of 80 homes for sale in 21030 in October. Twenty-one homes came on the market last month, while 13 went under contract.
