Hunt Valley home sales in October 2020 were up from October 2019.
The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in October was $13,762,200, up 36.77% from the volume of $10,062,500 we saw in October 2019. It was down, though, from the $15,328,176 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales September 2020.
The average sales price was $548,365, up 12.60% from the average of $486,995 in October 2019.
Twenty-five Hunt Valley homes sold in October, five more than last October.
The average days for those Hunt Valley homes to sell was 54, 10 more days than this time last year.
One Hunt Valley home sold before it came on the market. Nine Hunt Valley homes sold in their first 10 days on the market, and three more in 11-21 days.
There were a total of 21 homes for sale in 21030 at the end of October. (In comparison, there were 69 for sale at the end of October 2019.) Twenty-eight homes came on the market last month, while 25 went under contract.
