Hunt Valley home sales in September 2015 were up in a BIG way from last September!
The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in September was $11,075,400, up 110.39%!!!! from the $5,264,300 volume we saw in September 2014. This volume is up also, in a big way from the $5,165,300 we saw in Hunt Valley home sales August 2015.
The average sales price was up 22.73%, to $461,475 from $376,021 at the same point last year.
Twenty-four Hunt Valley homes sold in September, ten more than last September.
It took an average of 82 days for those 24 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, which is about the same as the 86 days it took in the same time frame last year. One home went under contract before it came on the market, another two in less than 10 days, another two in less than 20 days, and another two in less than 30 days.
There were a total of 101 homes for sale in 21030 in September. Thirty-one homes came on the market last month, while 20 went under contract.
