Maryland housing statistics for June 2026 were released by the Maryland Realtors in July.

The number of home sales in Maryland in June 2026 was up 2.3% from the same time last year. 6,913 homes sold last month vs 6,760 last June.

The average sales price was up 3.8% from this point last year. The average sales price was $565,713 in June 2026 vs $544,846 last June.

Pending units were up last month, up to 6,863 from 6,412 last June.

New listings were down a lot, with 7,370 homes for sale last month vs 8,974 at this time last year.

The two above stats translated into lower active inventory with 16,283 homes for sale vs 18,788 last June.
