Ruxton-Riderwood-Lake Roland Area Improvement Association dumpster and shredding day event is April 27, 2019 from 8:30-noon at Riderwood Elementary School at 1711 Landrake Road, Towson, MD 21204.

There will be dumpsters for bulk trash items to go to the landfill. NOT accepted: Flammable and hazardous materials/liquids – like paint, pesticides. Tires or appliances. Any items that can be recycled. Large stumps/wood/logs in excess of 8” in diameter or 6’ long.

The Loading Dock, which is a non-profit building material reuse center, will be there to collect home construction items in usable condition (like lighting fixtures, doors, flooring, plumbing fixtures, cabinets, other items like this.) They will be there until noon or until their truck is full.

Defender of Animal Rights will be there to collect pet donation items of items like pet food, collars, leashes, bowls, and towels and blankets.

The Shred-It truck will be there only from 9-10:45am or until their truck is full. The shredding will be free for Ruxton-Riderwood-Lake Roland Area Improvement Association members, and $10 per box for non-members.
