It’s official, I am a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, as I earned my SRES designation last week!

What is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist?

From the SRES website: “By earning the SRES® Designation, you have demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.”

My years of experience, plus the addition of this new designation, I am uniquely ready to help those who are aged 50 and older move on to the next phase of either homeownership or rental. I have worked with many clients in the past to downsize, stage, and ready their home for sale, and felt this designation helped to showcase that expertise.
