Timonium home sales in April 2020 were down in a big way from April 2019, most likely thanks to COVID-19.
The total volume of Timonium houses that sold in April 2020 was $17,947,405, down 24.20% from the$23,677,970 average we saw in April 2019. It was up, however from the $15,163,622 volume we saw in Timonium Home Sales March 2020.
The average sales price in Timonium down very slightly, to $391,419 from the $394,633 average last April.
Forty-five Timonium homes closed in April, which is a drop from the same time last year when 60 homes sold. The average days it took to sell those 45 homes was 39, 14 less days than last year at the same time.
There were 84 Timonium homes actively on the market by the end of April 2020. (Comparatively, at the end of April last year, there were 128 homes on the market!)
Forty-five homes came on the market in Timonium (last year that number was 101,) while 42 homes received acceptable contracts last month. (Last April, 87 homes went under contract.)
Fifteen Timonium homes sold in the first 10 days on the market, seven more in 11-20 days, and four more in 21-30 days.
