Timonium home sales in June 2020 were up slightly from June 2019.

The total volume of Timonium houses that sold in June 2020 was $34,680,289, up 2.02% from the $33,993,821 average we saw in June 2019. It was also up a great amount (more than double!) from the $17,270,777 volume we saw in Timonium Home Sales May 2020.

The average sales price in Timonium was also up slightly, to $470,599 from the $459,376 average last June.

Seventy-three Timonium homes closed in June, which is only two less than the same time last year when 75 homes sold. The average days it took to sell those 73 homes was 38, eleven more days than last year at the same time.

There were 78 Timonium homes actively on the market by the end of June 2020. (Comparatively, at the end of June last year, there were 166 homes on the market!)

Eighty-two homes came on the market in Timonium (last year that number was 99,) while 93 homes received acceptable contracts last month. (Last June, 83 homes went under contract.)

Twenty-eight! Timonium homes sold in the first 10 days on the market, seven more in 11-20 days, and nine more in 21-30 days.
