The total volume of Towson homes that sold in April 2020 was $10,270,499, up 65.38% from the volume of $6,210,400 we saw last April. It was also up from the volume of $3,747,500 we saw in Towson 21204 Home Sales March 2020.

Twenty homes in 21204 sold in April, five more than last year at the same time. The average sales price for the 20 homes that settled was $501,435, which is an increase of 21.11% from last April, when the average was $414,027.
