Hunt Valley home sales in May 2018 were down from last May.
The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in May was $8,781,500, down 34.87% from the $13,483,549 volume we saw in May 2017. It is also down from the $10,013,500 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales April 2018.
The average sales price was down very slightly from May of last year, down 0.89% to $381,804 from $385,244 .
Twenty-three Hunt Valley homes sold in May, twelve less than last May.
It took an average of 60 days for those 23 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, nine more days than last year at this time. Eleven Cockeysville homes sold in less than 10 days on the market, and an additional one in 21-30 days.
There were a total of 63 homes for sale in 21030 in May. Forty-five homes came on the market last month, while 26 went under contract.
