Hunt Valley home sales in April 2018 were up from last April.
The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in April was $10,013,500, up 5.90% from the $9,455,900 volume we saw in April 2017. It is also up from the $7,376,027 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales March 2018.
The average sales price was down from April of last year, down 15.28% to $400,540 from $472,795.
Twenty-five Hunt Valley homes sold in April, five more than last April.
It took an average of 83 days for those 25 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, six more days than last year at this time. Five Cockeysville homes sold in less than 10 days on the market, and an additional two in 21-30 days.
There were a total of 53 homes for sale in 21030 in April. Thirty-seven homes came on the market last month, while 32 went under contract.
