Timonium home sales in February 2013 were down from last February.
The total of Timonium homes that sold last month was $6,603,700, which is down 23.66% from last year’s $8,650,500. It is a continued drop from the $10M we saw in Timonium Home Sales January 2013, and an even larger drop from Timonium home sales December 2012 ’s $18M+ in sales. Though the total volume was down, the average sold price was up very slightly (1.79%) to $314,462.
Twenty-one Timonium homes sold in February, which is seven less than last year at this time. It took an average of 81 days to sell a house in 21093, which down from the 109 it took in February 2012. Five homes sold in less than 10 days, while another four sold in less than a month.
Forty-four homes in 21093 came on the market in February, while 39 went under contract. There were 97 total homes for sale in the 21093 zip code, which is much less than the 140 homes that were on the market in February 2012.
