Baltimore County’s most expensive home sales in 2023 were found north of the city, with the most expensive found in Owings Mills.

The five highest home sales in Baltimore County in 2023, according to Bright MLS, our local multiple listing system, were:

1. 3162 Blendon Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117. $7,000,000. This Caves Valley home has 9,595 square feet above grade and another 2,700 square feet of finished space in the lower level. It is located on just over five acres in the gated community in the Caves Valley Golf Club neighborhood called the “The Residences at Caves Valley.” It has a private pool This home has five bedrooms, five full, and three half baths. The primary bedroom suite is on the first floor. This home is absolutely stunning. Listed by Monument Sotheby’s International Realty and sold by Hubble Bisbee Christie’s International Real Estate.

2.  13807 Falls Rd, Cockeysville, MD 21030. $4,600,000.  This is a Falls Road Corridor home on 83.58 acres in Baltimore County. Built in 1985, it has an estimated 4,890 sqft above grade. This home has four bedrooms, five full and two half baths, and five fireplaces. It was listed by Hubble Bisbee Christie’s International Real Estate and sold by Monument Sotheby’s International Realty.

3. 1861 Circle Rd, Towson, MD 21204. $4,090,000. This Ruxton home has 6,905 finished sqft above grade, six bedrooms, six full and two half baths. It was newly built from 2022-2023. It was listed by Monument Sotheby’s International Realty and sold by Keller Williams Gateway LLC.

4. 1730 Gardiner Road, Cockeysville, MD 21030. $3,895,000. This home has 8,731 finished sqft above grade, seven bedrooms, nine full and two half baths. It has a first floor primary suite, geo thermal heating, and a large, lovely in-ground pool on 40 acres. It has a five-bay garage and an in-law suite above. It also has a separate tenant house. 5. 11326 John Carroll Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117. $3,850,000.  This home has five bedrooms, six full and two half baths on a 2-acre lot in the Caves Valley Golf Course neighborhood called “The Residences of Caves Valley.” It was built in 2005 with 7,439 sqft above grade. It was listed by O’Conor, Mooney & Fitzgerald and sold by Compass.

These were the five highest home sales in Baltimore County in 2023.
