The Baltimore County Planning Department has released a comprehensive zoning map for 2020 with a public comment application.

With COVID-19 and current limits on public gatherings, the in-person Planning Board public hearings have been cancelled, the reason for the application. It appears that the Planning Board will review the input collected on the application, and plan to host a live-stream meeting at 6pm on April 21, 2020.

The live-stream will allow the public to view and hear the meeting. The chair of the Planning Board will go over comments and materials that were submitted prior to April 10, 2020 for issues in each district.

Here is a link to the CZMP Zoning Map Process 2020 Application.

How do you comment or share material after reviewing on the application?

It appears you can click a link on the site: “Select an Issue from the list of CZMP 2020 Issues on the right hand side and leave a comment as well as a vote for In Favor Of, Opposed, or No Opinion.”

Comments can also be emailed to: czmp2020@baltimorecountymd.gov

They can also be mailed to:
