Baltimore real estate market trends are published weekly by the Bright MLS system. Here is the Baltimore real estate update for the week ending July 13, 2025.

Beginning on page 24 of the Bright MLS real estate report 07/13/2025, the Baltimore real estate data shows the following:

In the Baltimore real estate market, new listings were up from last week. New listings were up 29.9% from last week, and up 6.0% from this time last year.

New pending sales from 7/7-13 were down from last week. They stayed above 2024 numbers. New pending sales were down 4.3% from last report, but up 4.8% from this time in 2024.

The median number of days for a home to receive an acceptable contract came in at 32 days.

The weekly median list price rose slightly last week, up 0.6% from last week. It fell slightly below 2024 numbers this week, down 0.4%.
