Hunt Valley home sales in April 2016 were up from last April!

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in April was $7,541,000, up 45.68% from the volume of $5,176,300 from April 2015. This is down, though, from the volume of $8,354,300 that we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales March 2016.

The average sales price was up as well, to $396,895 from $323,519 last April.

Nineteen Hunt Valley homes sold in April, three more than last April, where 16 homes changed hands.

It took an average of 73 days for those 19 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, almost two months less, on average, than the same time last year. Four homes sold within the first 10 days on the market, four more within 30 days, and three more in less than two months.

There were a total of 103 homes for sale in 21030 in April. Fifty-two homes came on the market last month, while 30 went under contract.
