Hunt Valley home sales in March 2016 were up from last March!

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in March was $8,354,300, up 15.05% from the volume of $7,261,700 from March 2015.  This is also up from the volume of $5,711,500 that we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales February 2016.

The average sales price was up as well, to $491,429 from $453,856 last March.

Seventeen Hunt Valley homes sold in March, one more than last March, where 16 homes changed hands.

It took an average of 130 days for those 17 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, the same days on average than the same time last year. Four homes sold within the first 10 days on the market, two more within 30 days, and three more in less than two months.

There were a total of 86 homes for sale in 21030 in March. Fifty-seven homes came on the market last month, while 33 went under contract.
