The total volume of Hunt Valley homes that sold in April 2026 was $7,266,900, down 27.90% from the $10,079,490 volume we saw in April 2025. It is also down from the $12,608,900 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales March 2026.

The average sales price was $881,487, up 56.81% from the average of $562,132 in April 2025.

Eight Hunt Valley homes sold in April, ten less than last April.

The average days for those Hunt Valley homes to sell was 101, 72 more days than this time last year.

Six Hunt Valley homes sold in their first 10 days on the market, one more in 91-120 days the final one took over 721 days to sell.

There were a total of 29 homes for sale in 21030 at the end of April. Twenty-four homes came on the market last month, while 22 homes went under contract.
