Hunt Valley home sales in August 2017 were up from last August.

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in August was $10,993,144, up 39.27% from the $7,893,255 volume we saw in August 2016. It is down, though, from the volume of $13,326,470 we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales July 2017.

The average sales price was down from August of last year, -10.47% to $392,612 from $438,514.

Twenty-eight Hunt Valley homes sold in August, ten more than last August.

It took an average of 66 days for those 28 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, same as last year. One Cockeysville home sold before it went on the market, eight more homes sold in less than 10 days on the market, two between 11-20 days, and an additional three in 21-30 days.

There were a total of 66 homes for sale in 21030 in August. Twenty-five homes came on the market last month, while 21 went under contract.
