Hunt Valley home sales in July 2017 were down from last July.
The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in July was $13,326,470, down 12.41% from the $15,214,843 volume we saw in July 2017. It is also very slightly down from the $13,705,750 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales June 2017.
The average sales price was also down from July of last year, -32.19% to $429,886 from $633,952.
Thirty-one Hunt Valley homes sold in July, seven more than last July.
It took an average of 58 days for those 31 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, an average of twelve days than the same time last year. One Cockeysville home sold before it went on the market, sixteen more homes sold in less than 10 days on the market, three between 11-20 days, and an additional two in 21-30 days.
There were a total of 70 homes for sale in 21030 in July. Twenty-six homes came on the market last month, while 20 went under contract.
