Hunt Valley home sales in August 2018 were up from last August.

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in August was  $15,441,800, up 40.47% from the volume of $10,993,144 we saw in August 2017. It is also well up from the $8,627,800 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales July 2018.

The average sales price was also up from August of last year, up 6.30% to $417,346 from $392,612.

Thirty-seven Hunt Valley homes sold in August, nine more than last August.

It took an average of 30 days for those 37 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, thirty-six less days than last year at this time. One Cockeysville home sold before it came on the market, fifteen more homes sold in less than 10 days on the market, five more in 11-20 days, and three more in 21-30 days.

There were a total of 76 homes for sale in 21030 in August. Forty-two homes came on the market last month, while 29 went under contract.
