Hunt Valley home sales in July 2018 were down from last July.
The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in July was $8,627,800, down 35.26% from the $13,326,470 volume we saw in July 2017. It is also down from the $11,754,050 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales June 2018.
The average sales price was also down from July of last year, down 16.38% to $359,492 from $429,886.
Twenty-four Hunt Valley homes sold in July, seven less than last July.
It took an average of 40 days for those 24 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, eighteen less days than last year at this time. Seven Cockeysville homes sold in less than 10 days on the market, six more in 11-20 days, and an additional one in 21-30 days.
There were a total of 63 homes for sale in 21030 in July. Forty-two homes came on the market last month, while 29 went under contract.
