Hunt Valley home sales in August 2019 were down from last August.

The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in August was  $11,985,900 , down 22.38% from the volume of $15,441,800 we saw in August 2018. It was up, though, from the volume of $6,631,784 we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales July 2019.

The average sales price was $443,922, up from the average sales price of $417,346 in August 2018.

Twenty-seven Hunt Valley homes sold in August, 10 less than last August.

One Hunt Valley home sold before it came on the market. Seven sold in their first 10 days on the market, another three in 11-20 days, three in 21-30 days, and another six in 31-60 days.

There were a total of 71 homes for sale in 21030 in August. Thirty-one homes came on the market last month, while 22 went under contract.
