The total volume of Hunt Valley homes that sold in May 2026 was $14,470,317, up 39.53% from the $10,371,050 volume we saw in May 2025. It was also up from the $7,266,900 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales April 2026.

The average sales price was $644,869, up 13.05% from the average of $570,411 in May 2025.

Twenty-three Hunt Valley homes sold in May, five more than last May.

The average days for those Hunt Valley homes to sell was 18, six less days than this time last year.

Thirteen Hunt Valley homes sold in their first 10 days on the market, five more in 11-20 days, and one more in 21-30 days.

There were a total of 34 homes for sale in 21030 at the end of May. Twenty-one homes came on the market last month, while 21 homes went under contract.
