Hunt Valley home sales in November 2016 were up in a BIG way from the same time last year.
The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in November was $12,293,600, up 156.89% from the $4,785,600 that sold in November 2015. This is also up from the sold volume of $8,528,400 that we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales October 2016, which also had been up from Hunt Valley Home Sales September 2016.
The average sales price was also up, to $558,800 from $398,800 in November 2015.
Twenty-two Hunt Valley homes sold in November, ten more than the same time last year.
It took an average of 82 days for those 22 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, 18 more days, on average, than the same time last year for homes in Hunt Valley to sell. One home sold before it came on the market, another within the first 10 days on the market, and two more within 20 days on the market.
There were a total of 73 homes for sale in 21030 in November. Twenty-six homes came on the market last month, while 21 went under contract.
