The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in November was $16,973,490, up 66.21% from the volume of $10,212,099 we saw last November. It was also up from the $13,762,200 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales October 2020.
The average sales price was $561,475, up 27.65% from the average of $439,865 in November 2019.
Twenty-nine Hunt Valley homes sold in November, six more than last November.
The average days for those Hunt Valley homes to sell was 24, 14 less days than this time last year.
One Hunt Valley home sold before it came on the market. Seventeen Hunt Valley homes sold in their first 10 days on the market, and four more in 11-20 days.
There were a total of 25 homes for sale in 21030 at the end of November. (In comparison, there were 64 for sale at the end of November 2019.) Twenty-two homes came on the market last month, while 26 went under contract.
