Hunt Valley home sales for October 2012 were up 38.62% from the same point last year.

A total volume of $3,344,000 sold in October, up from $2,412,068 last October. This is a decrease from September 2012 Cockeysville Home Sales, but it is not unusual for there to be a drop from September to October.

The average sold price dropped a small 2.95% to $334,400, but that is a lot higher than last month! Ten homes changed hands, while last year only seven homes sold. It took 112 days, on average, for a home in 21030 to sell. One house took more than a year to sell, which makes the average rise.

Eight houses went under contract in October, and ten homes came on the market.  There were a total of 71 Hunt Valley homes for sale by the end of last month.
