Hunt Valley home sales in October 2015 were down tremendously from last October.
The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in October was $4,851,900, down 51.74% from the $10,053,110 volume we saw in October 2014. . This volume is also down in a big way from the $11,075,400 we saw in Hunt Valley home sales September 2015.
The average sales price was also down, -10.90%, to $373,223 from $418,880 at the same point last year.
Thirteen Hunt Valley homes sold in October, 11 less than last October.
It took an average of 84 days for those 13 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, which is a good number to have drop — it took an average of 115 days in the same time frame last year. Three homes sold in less than 10 days, another two in less than 30 days, and another two in less than 60 days.
There were a total of 97 homes for sale in 21030 in October. Twenty-eight homes came on the market last month, while 18 went under contract.
