Baltimore real estate market trends are published weekly by the Bright MLS system. Here is the Baltimore real estate update for the week ending January 5, 2025.

Beginning on page 24 of the Bright MLS real estate report 01/05/2025, the Baltimore real estate data shows the following:

In the Baltimore real estate market, new listings were up from last week. New listings were up 67% from last week, but were down 14.7% from this time last year.

New pending sales from 12/29-1/5 were up from last week. They fell below 2024 numbers. New pending sales were up 7.6% from last report, and down 15.5% from this time in 2024.

The median number of days for a home to receive an acceptable contract came in at 42 days.

The weekly median list price dropped last week, down 2.4% from last week. It stayed above 2023 numbers this week, up 1.6%.
