Hunt Valley home sales in September 2018 were down from last September.
The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in September was $5,274,249, down 14.47% from the volume of $6,166,900 we saw in September 2017. It is also well down from the $15,441,800 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales August 2018.
The average sales price was up from September of last year, up 18.42% to $405,711 from $342,606.
Thirteen Hunt Valley homes sold in September, five less than last September.
It took an average of 45 days for those 13 Hunt Valley homes to go under contract, thirty-one less days than last year at this time. Four Cockeysville homes sold in less than 10 days on the market, two more in 11-20 days, and one more in 21-30 days.
There were a total of 67 homes for sale in 21030 in August. Forty-two homes came on the market last month, while 29 went under contract.
