Maryland real estate market trends from COVID-19 are being put together by our MLS, Bright MLS. Here is the update for November 2, 2020.

Bright MLS current covers seven states, so there are statistics for a number of areas. There is a general overview for the entire MLS, and later there is specific state data.

Starting on page 25 of the Bright MLS multi-state report 11/2/2020, the Maryland real estate data shows the following:

In Maryland, the daily number of “New Active Listings” added to the market from 10/26-11/2 dropped very slightly from last week, yet remained above new listings from the same point last year.

New pending listings from 10/26-11/2 dropped a significant amount this week, but remained above the same point last year, which it has since May 18.

Closings dropped significantly last week, following the graph at same point last year. The number of closings continued to remain above the number of closings as this point last year.

I appreciate this data from Bright MLS and look forward to seeing the next report so I can share with you once received.
